Share Plan Lawyers is an informal group for lawyers in law firms advising on employee share plans. The aims of the group are to provide:

• a forum for exchanging views and experiences on legal issues affecting employee share plans;
  
  
• training for lawyers at all levels practising in the area;
  
  
• a voice for lobbying on behalf of these lawyers and their clients, on issues affecting employee share plans.
  

The Group has 160 members representing 47 law firms with a further six specialist practitioners and Counsel. Members include many senior lawyers from all the major City and regional law firms. Click here if you would like to join.
