Anika is a partner at Osborne Clarke and is Chair of the Share Plan Lawyers Group.
She advises companies on all aspects of the design and implementation of share plans, management incentive arrangements and bonus plans. Anika has particular expertise in the design and implementation of bespoke share plans in private companies and regularly advises companies on the impact of corporate transactions on employee incentives.
She also advises clients on the tax treatment of shares, securities, tax advantaged and non-tax advantaged options and regularly works with private equity houses, VC investors and technology companies.
Anika also sits on the Editorial Board of Lexis PSL Share Incentives Consultant Editorial Board.
