Nicholas is a partner at Stephenson Harwood, having previously been at Ashurst, CMS and Norton Rose Fulbright.
He advises on the full range of employee share plan and incentives issues for both quoted and private companies.
He was SPL chairman from 2019 to 2022 and has chaired the SPL tax committee since 2012.
He is also on the consultation board for PLC Incentives.
He is the former chair of the QCA Share Expert Group.
