Paul is a Senior Counsel in Hogan Lovells’ Tax & Incentives team, having previously been a Partner in Hogan Lovells and prior to that, Ashurst.
He has been engaged for some 35 years in advising UK and overseas companies, listed and unlisted, on the corporate, tax and regulatory aspects of the design, implementation and operation of employee and executive share schemes and incentive plans.
Paul has advised on the impact of many public market transactions on companies’ share schemes, as well as in the context of private M&A.
