Sonia is head of Incentives at Clifford Chance and is also practice area leader of Tax, Pensions, Employment and Incentives for Clifford Chance in London.
She has over 20 years' experience of advising companies on remuneration, incentive arrangements and share plans. Her work covers both advisory and transactional matters and spans legal, regulatory, tax, governance and disclosure.
